Emmanuel is a "Parish Church" and as such has a responsibility for all the people who live in the Ecclesiastical Parish of Wylde Green.

But Emmanuel has certain distinctive areas of ministry. We have a strong children and youth element; seen in our choirs and many other activities geared towards the younger members of the Parish and Church.

Music is a strong suit for Emmanuel. Our two choirs are of international renown and fame, and the Organ at Emmanuel is one of the finest in the West Midlands.

Our Church Hall offers a range of activities provided by community organisations from Toddlers to Brownies, Evergreens to Weight Watchers, various dance and exercise groups and Tai Kwando. Our Hall Managers are available to talk about hiring the Hall for children’s parties and new weekly or one off bookings.

Emmanuel is noted as a friendly church where people find a warm welcome.

We have an annual Emmanuel Festival which involves concerts by invited individuals and groups and a Choir concert, involvement by local schools and a four day flower festival.

Church Office is open on Thursday evenings between 6.45pm and 7.15pm for booking of baptisms and weddings.

Entrance is via the door in the Birmingham Road car park.  Follow the signs to reach the office.
